The Healthcare Leader: A Complete Leader Program
If you are a leader looking to expand your leadership capabilities, advance your career or grow your business, this series is for you.
The 2023 Complete Leader: Healthcare Edition (Virtual) is designed by Health Professionals, for Health Professionals, and will focus on supporting your unique journey as a leader. We'll cover everyday leadership competencies in the healthcare industry, such as working with others, building relationships, making decisions, solving problems, and achieving goals. The skills taught during the program apply to real-life leadership situations and are designed to be used on the job right away.
The curriculum will consist of 6 modules over a 12-week program (4 hours each Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm PST). Leadership Theory sessions will alternate with Applied Leadership Coaching Sessions in a group format. The price will be $3500 USD for the program.
