Tomorrow’s leaders will have increased pressure to quickly make effective decisions in an increasingly ambiguous environment. In this section you will learn the skills needed to make difficult decisions in a timely manner, even under intense pressure. Effective decision-making requires making the best decision while considering the needs and interests of the group.
