By Ron Price

I met Whit Mitchell in 2007 at a national conference of coaches, trainers and consultants. He went out of his way to introduce himself and took the initiative to build value in our relationship from the start. This wasn’t a business growth strategy; it is just who he is. I have never known another person to be as friendly, genuinely interested, and ready to help.

Over the years I’ve had a number of opportunities to observe Whit coaching others, working with teams, and speaking at conferences. He is uniquely skilled and we are very fortunate to welcome him as a member of the faculty of The Complete Leader Program.

Whit has worked with leaders and teams in the high tech industry, retail distribution, health care, transportation, manufacturing, college and professional sports. He has helped executives and their teams push past the barriers that get in the way of doing great work together. He has facilitated and coached in multiple executive development programs at Harvard, Columbia, and Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College. He shares generously and, once you have met Whit, he is a friend for life.
