Rosa Muraguri-Mwololo

Rosa is a full-time Performance Management Advisor with UN-Habitat with the primary responsibility of supporting the application and embedment of Results Based Management across all UN-Habitat’s global Programs and projects, a position she has held since 2009.

Prior to joining UN-Habitat, Rosa worked for more than 10 years as an employees of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in several senior capacities. She had earlier worked with the Norwegian Agency for International Development (NORAD) for a short stint of two and a half years. Her formative experience in development work were shaped by years spent as civil servant with the Government of Kenya- her first employer.

Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Masters and a PhD degree both from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA and is Certified Executive Coach (AoEC Group UK), Certified Axiologist, TTI DISC and Driving Force certified and an alumni of the Harvard Business School. She is also an adjunct faculty at the Strathmore University Business School, Nairobi, Kenya where she teaches Change Management.
