She has held several management roles leading communication, innovation, operational, and cost containment efforts in difficult, complex, and uncertain environments. Lori has 15 years plus of leading multi-faceted global initiatives in the healthcare industry. She was recruited by Pharmacia pharmaceuticals and then by Pfizer. During that time she was promoted to many positions of leadership and won several awards. At Pfizer, she won the Innovation Award for her work on a pilot to develop a new line of revenue by creating a new business model to promote patient engagement in the therapeutic area of pain. As a result of that work, a new business unit was formed and she was appointed as the Director of Operations for the Global Sales team. She led efforts to develop the sales strategy for national and international markets and led global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. In addition, Lori is an accomplished leader of strategy, communications, marketing, operations and training.
