Definition: The ability to recover quickly from adversity.

Resiliency is the ability to persevere when difficulties arise. Resilient leaders are persistent and able to cope with setbacks. Resiliency is the ability to learn from your mistakes and bounce back with renewed commitment to your vision. Mastering this competency will help you view difficult situations objectively while keeping focused on the goal. In the future, resiliency will be a necessary skill to survive and compete in an unpredictable of environment.
