Chris Stark

Chris is the founder and President of Stark & Associates, Inc., which provides decision advice to senior management of medium-sized companies in the areas of rapid business recovery and growth. Chris spent his first 20+ years in the restaurant industry, rising from hourly positions to become the COO of Red Robin Restaurants. Over the last 20+ years, Stark & Associates has been adding significant value to its clients through its Assess Hire TeamBuild and Business Accelerator Model systems.

As a previous Target Training International 'Consultant of the Year,' and a member of The Complete Leader faculty, Chris specializes in applying purpose-based assessments, training and development programs. He does so by integrating innovation with continuous improvement in the areas of organizing principles, relationships, and practical execution.

Chris, and his lovely wife Jennifer, live in Cary, North Carolina.
