The Complete Leader

Welcome to TheCompleteLeader.Org. Randy and I started working on the book, The Complete Leader, over three years ago.  Today, we are thrilled to make it available to you. We are passionate about helping leaders grow and optimize their influence in their organizations and their communities. We wrote The Complete Leader to provide practical ideas so that leaders can develop skills that will make a difference both professionally and personally.

I want to use this first blog to give a special thanks to Randy for his dedication and friendship.  Without him, neither the book nor this website would have become a reality.  Often times, my schedule was so intense I struggled to move our project forward.  Randy was the perfect partner, offering to fill the slack and keep us on task.  In the process, we both learned something about organizing around our strengths and neutralizing our weaknesses. So Randy, thanks for your friendship and thanks for the tremendous effort you put into getting us to this point!

The value of our investment is entirely determined by what you do with what we've created.  The reason we established the website was to facilitate an ongoing conversation and build a community of leaders who care about being authentic as they strive to think clearly, to lead themselves, and to lead others for purposeful success.

Please take some time to explore the website and become familiar with how we will continually add resources in the future.   If you plan to visit it often you will find a growing repository of just-in-time ideas that will provide practical advice and resources for becoming a complete leader.

Our vision is that this website will become a gathering place for leaders from around the world to share and learn from one another.  We welcome your comments, questions, problems, and guest blogs. We encourage you to purchase your own copy of our new book at Amazon as you continue on your journey of becoming a high-performing leader.

Join our community!
